BRUSSELS, 28 April 2026 - Autoglass Clinic, the Belgian challenger in the vehicle glazing market, today opens a high-tech underground flagship Service Centre in Brussels' Docks Bruxsel shopping complex. The opening is an industry first for Belgium and is grafted onto parent company Cary Group's proven 'shop & repair' model, previously successfully rolled out in Stockholm and London. The launch underlines the company's explosive growth, which has doubled in size since 2023.
Strategic offensive on consumer market
Autoglass Clinic already has total penetration in the B2B market with professional fleets, leasing companies and insurers. With the new underground Service Centre, the organisation is now fully aiming its sights at the end consumer. In the heart of Brussels, with Service Center Docks Bruxsel, the glass expert introduces the innovative concept of 'retailification', seamlessly integrating car glass repair into the customer's daily life.
Time-hack
The 'shop & repair' model is designed as the ultimate 'time-hack' for the capital's sizable community of expats and busy families, among others. While a star is expertly repaired in an average of 30 minutes, visitors can shop, get something to eat, or continue working undisturbed in the business lounge of the Service Centre itself. In this way, Autoglass Clinic turns a necessary repair into pleasant leisure or efficient working time.
Charline Leroi, Managing Director of Autoglass Clinic: "For more than 30 years, Autoglass Clinic has stood for proximity, craftsmanship and trust. In addition to auto glass and technology, we measure our quality on a human level; every motorist should feel that with us they are not a number, but guests whom we take care of completely. With this new concept, we want to be physically close to our customer, in the heart of the city, meeting the needs of the modern motorist. The already high interest confirms that we are solving an essential customer need with this."

Safety through precision calibration
The new flagship centre is a technological, specialised calibration centre where cameras and sensors of safety systems (ADAS), such as emergency braking and lane assistance, are digitally tuned with extreme precision after every windscreen replacement.
Joeri Lieten, Operations Director Autoglass Clinic: "The modern car is basically a driving computer where the windscreen acts as the main interface. While our customers usefully or pleasantly fill their time, in the background our team carries out complex repairs, replacements and calibrations that are crucial for vehicle safety. Because safety systems have to work exactly according to factory standards again after each window replacement, this digital precision is indispensable. Thanks to the use of AI and our international scale at Cary Group, we offer every motorist the highest standard of safety, without them having to take a break from their day."

Sustainability as a reflex and maximum relief
In line with Cary Group's international ambition to reduce CO2 emissions by 42% by 2030, Autoglass Clinic has a strong 'repair-first' philosophy. A car window is always repaired first and only replaced if there is no other way.
Charline Leroi: "This approach is not only the fastest and most sustainable solution, but it also significantly reduces the waste stream. The ecological footprint of a replacement is as much as seven times larger than that of a repair."
As an authorised repairer for all Belgian insurance companies, leasing companies and national fleets, Autoglass Clinic takes all practical concerns off motorists' hands.
Joeri Lieten: "Through the third-party payer system, we arrange the entire administration and financial settlement directly with all insurers, which means that customers with glass breakage coverage do not have to arrange anything themselves and - apart from any recoverable VAT - do not have to pay anything. "

At the new Service Centre Docks Bruxsel, this carefree approach will continue with additional facilities, such as a free parking ticket for the site when a vehicle window is repaired or replaced, and access to various on-site charging points.
