Twaalf winnaars Europese Impact Shakers Award bekend

Brussel, 21 juni 2021 - De winnaars van de Impact Shakers Awards zijn bekend! De twaalf winnende start-ups komen uit het Verenigd Koninkrijk, België, Ierland, Bulgarije, Portugal, Frankrijk en Duitsland. Het is de eerste editie van de awards, waarmee de organisatoren impactvolle start-ups willen helpen uitgroeien tot sterke en schaalbare bedrijven.

De public voting levert twaalf winnaars op, stuk voor stuk start-ups met een focus op milieu, inclusie en maatschappij:

Donuteconomie voor sociale en ecologische impact

De Impact Shakers Awards helpen impactvolle start-ups om zich te ontwikkelen tot sterke en schaalbare bedrijven, die op hun beurt de economie milieuvriendelijker, socialer en inclusiever maken.

Prijzenpakket

De twaalf winnende start-ups krijgen een intensieve bootcamp ‘Raise Alternative Funding’ om verder te groeien, naast een prijzenpot met waardevolle tools en workshops voor ondernemers ter waarde van 20.000 euro. Daarnaast komen ze terecht in het Impact Shakers ecosysteem van impactvolle ondernemers uit heel Europa, waar ze kunnen deelnemen aan diverse netwerkopportuniteiten met voorname mentoren, business angels en andere impact start-up oprichters.

Volgende Impact Shakers Awards in Midden-Oosten en Noord-Afrika

De awards zijn een onderdeel van het bredere programma van Impact Shakers. De organisatie begeleidt start-ups namelijk ook bij het ophalen van financiering en lanceert later dit jaar een microinvesteringsfonds en accelerator. De volgende regio waarop de Impact Shakers Awards zich toeleggen is Noord-Afrika en het Midden-Oosten. De applicaties zullen na de zomer openen.
